 Located at the heart of the Southern Key Economic Region, Binh Duong New City is positioned as the political, economic, cultural and financial center of Binh Duong, and the gateway to the neighboring provinces in the region. Binh Duong New City is creating over 1.2 million m2 of office space to cater for about 600,000 white-collar workers, and serving the settlement needs of over 800,000 residents with high-quality services & facilities.

Binh Duong New City forms the core of Binh Duong Smart City, which has been honored by the Intelligent Communities Forum (ICF) among the global Top 7 outstanding Intelligent Communities in 2021, after 3 consecutive years of excellence in the Top 21 (Smart21).

 Adjacent to the arterial traffic routes, as well as an interchange of future metro lines, including the Suoi Tien – Binh Duong route connecting Binh Duong with Thu Duc City and the Binh Duong – Bau Bang route, BDNC’s strategic location promotes strong inter-regional transport connectivity.  International Trade & Commerce Gateway

 In 2019, Becamex was granted membership by the World Trade Center Association (WTCA) and qualified to establish the World Trade Center Binh Duong New City (WTC BDNC). This connects Binh Duong with more than 300 World Trade Centers from more than 100 countries, and allows the development of real estate complexes under the WTC brand.

 The flagship development WTC BDNC is a gateway for international trade. Promoting trading services, it complements the prevalence of industry in the Binh Duong province’s economic mix.

 WTC BDNC is a mega complex comprising of three main subdivision clusters, with a total floor area of up to 400,000 m2:

WTC Gateway

 A 7-hectare multi-functional complex center with comprehensive facilities and space for all kinds of services, including a commercial center, multi-purpose hall, a central metro station, retail shops, and 5m deep square is about to break ground.

The project is located at the core intersection of several main avenues, and is also the central station connecting Binh Duong with Thu Duc city and the Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien metro line, which promotes TOD urban chains development.

WTC Tower

A mixed-use office complex of 30 floors, with a GFA of 60,000m2, including office floors, commercial business space and conference area and is expected to open in the first quarter of 2023.

This will be a Grade B+ office tower that meets the needs of companies with headquarters and representative offices in Binh Duong.

Piloting World-Class Cross-Border E-Commerce Logistics In Vietnam

Vietnam’s first cross-border e-commerce logistics center will be established in the new city of Binh Duong. With new customs regulations, this will be a technology platform that connects the state and businesses, and a cluster of logistics facilities for e-commerce.

An ecosystem of innovation and technology start-ups is being formed to support training, R&D, commercialization and start-up activities.
